The final outcome of this endeavor will showcase a harmonious blend of historical and contemporary structures. Central to the project is a 19th-century heritage building, flanked by an impressive 33-storey residential tower. Nestled within the tower's podium, visitors will discover the luxurious 5-star ME by Meliã hotel, a distinguished brand under Meliã Hotels International.
